Quantum gravity in asymptotically flat spacetimes features Goldstone modes shifting under radiative data, ultimately responsible for IR divergences. A holographic description of scattering is expected to be free of soft redundancies and choice of vacuum. We employ the GKP framework to define IR-finite states as a code subspace of scattering states in the positive helicity sector. This allows us to reverse errors induced by soft radiation and remove IR ambiguities. Technically, the construction relies on the recently studied w_1+inf hierarchy of soft currents together with a sigma model realization in twistor space. Applications for constructing a quantum memory state for a black hole background are outlined.
