What is the spacetime geometry?

There's no time for a full course in spacetime geometry here, so I'll recommend a little book called "Differential Geometry and Relativity Theory: An Introduction" by Richard L. Faber for those who have never taken a course in General Relativity. This book only teaches the very basics, but if you already know multivariable calculus it will teach you enough to understand this notebook easily.
